CMSI was contracted by Siemens Medical Systems as a design build contractor
to execute this turn key project. This project was located on the
second floor of the hospital were an 1800 sq ft library was converted into
a MRI suite. The suite was designed for both in-patient and out-patient
services.
Key features:
- Full Architectural, MEP, structural and interior design work.
- The existing floor structure was reinforced from below, while keeping
the inpatient pharmacy in operation.
- Medical gas systems were extended to this new suite.
- A new electric service was extended form the switch gear to serve the
new suite.
- Roof mounted chiller and HVAC equipment.
