Operating as the design-builder, construction manager and general contractor, CMSI renovated the 7400 square foot MRI department at Johns Hopkins Hospital. The project scope involved the replacement of three existing systems with four new MRI’s from Siemens Medical Solutions, Inc. The project was executed in such a manner to keep two systems operational at all times. CMSI worked closely with the end users from both the clinical and research groups to satisfy the needs of all stakeholders. The project was completed one month early and under budget.
