By effectively aligning resources, schedules, and personnel with client needs, he and his staff are known for delivering high-quality healthcare construction projects on time and under budget, even under the pressure of difficult time constraints. Don has excellent credentials in the strategic planning of construction resources, and provides critical direction in the management of field operations. His responsibilities include determining work means and methods, aligning subcontractors, coordinating with equipment vendors, and supervising project management. He holds his project managers accountable to the highest level of project organization and effective project execution, ensuring complete client satisfaction.
