CMSI Completes CT Suite, MRI Relocation for Maryland General Hospital
(Baltimore, MD – December 15, 2010) CMSI recently completed the design, construction and installation of a new CT suite for Maryland General Hospital. The state-of-the-art 64-slice computed tomography scanner will allow physicians to improve the speed and accuracy of imaging results.
The $1.5 million project included the relocation of an existing MRI and redesign and renovation of a large portion of the hospital’s imaging facilities.
Maryland General Hospital, founded in 1881, is a 231-bed facility in the heart of downtown Baltimore.
